Eligibility for Returns

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. You may choose to:

  • Exchange the product for another item, or
  • Return the product for a refund.

To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

  1. The product was purchased within the last 30 days.
  2. The product is in its original packaging.
  3. You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us.

Products that do not meet these criteria cannot be accepted for return.

How to Obtain an RMN

To request an RMN, contact us by email with “RMN Request” in the subject line. Once approved, you will receive further instructions for completing your return.

Refund and Shipping Charges

  • Shipping Charges: Any shipping charges incurred during the return process will be refunded.
  • Damaged Items: If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Sale Items

Please note that sale items cannot be refunded. Refunds are only available for products purchased at regular prices.
