Step 1: Clean the vulva and hands before use
Step 2: Open the individual packaging, remove the protective cap and shake it down to ensure the contents are at the top of the applicator.
(It should be used immediately after removing the cap)"
Step 3: Bend your knees while sitting, standing, or lying on your back and gently insert the open end of the applicator right into the vagina.
Step 4: Insert the applicator into the vagina, squeeze the gel by pushing the plunger only as far as you are comfortable
Step 5: Remove the applicator from the vagina and discard it in the waste container.
Step 6: Keep hips raise 5-10 minutes to make sure the gel is fully inserted into your vagina
